Author Guidelines

The Innsbruck OPEN Proceedings publish peer-reviewed contributions from conferences, workshops, and symposia (co-)organized by members of the University of Innsbruck. The submission process is strictly tied to the respective event.

For Authors: Please do not submit unsolicited individual manuscripts through this system. Submission is only possible if your event has already been officially accepted for our publication series. Please use exclusively the specific workflow and templates provided to you by your organizing team.

For Organizers (New Publication Inquiries): Are you planning a conference, workshop, or symposium and would like to publish the proceedings in our Diamond Open Access series? We welcome your inquiry! Before the system can be opened for author submissions, a formal preliminary request must be submitted to the editorial office. Please contact us with the key details of your event (topic, expected number of papers, planned peer-review process) at: ulb-digitalpress@uibk.ac.at. Upon successful review, we will set up a dedicated submission area for your event.
